A: Once you've placed your order, please send your designs to orders@kandycocktail.com and include your Order Number.

Please make sure your design does not include images, thin lines or bright colors for best printing results. We only accept PNG file format. We don't make any adjustments to designs. We print exactly as received.

A: Production turnaround time is 15 business days from date of order placed.

A: No, we do not offer refunds. We offer store credit to orders that are canceled before they are fulfilled. If you are unhappy with your product, please email orders@kandycocktail.com to file a claim. After further research, if we find we have made any errors with your order, you may receive store credit.
